The cost will ultimately depend on your specifics and your choice of options. Before shipping, labor and energy/battery packs a system should run about $3,200(Curb weight under 2,000 pounds) up to $16,000 or more. Automatic transmissions present special problems but are not impossible.

Initially you will need a $300 deposit to get a detailed notebook of step by step instructions on the conversion process. The $300 is a credit toward any system you buy from the company. However, you may buy your system or parts anywhere you wish and we will bless you for going green.

The three big advantages of buying from the company are:

Typically labor takes a minimum of 100 hours. If you do all the work there is no labor cost. However, most people will need to sub-contract part or all of the labor.
